Coaching is about change and action. In order for us to achieve personal change, it is important that we first understand ourselves; what makes us tick? What is our impact on other people? Why do we feel irritated by some people and intimidated by others?
Psychometric profiling gives us access to important data about ourselves. Whilst psychometric profiling is an essential tool in raising our awareness of who we are and how we prefer to operate, the true importance of psychometrics lies not simply with the information, but with what we choose to do with it. This is what really matters. Understanding ourselves gives us the opportunity to learn and develop.
At Trailblaze we are not tied to any particular psychometric assessment products. We use assessment tools designed to meet the criteria and budget of the Client.
