Do you carry out coaching on site or outside the workplace?

Both! It really doesn't matter and comes down to personal choice.

Some Clients prefer to meet off site as they feel it helps them to be on 'neutral' ground, away from the usual work distractions.

Any coaching carried out off site is always held in a private office to ensure complete confidentiality.
