As you might expect from Trailblaze, our approach to Leadership Development is different from other providers.

Our unique approach underpins the success we have had in delivering our Inspirational Leadership Programme worldwide.  The success of our programme isn't a 'happy accident' - it is the result of continuously developing the content based on delegate feedback over a 15 year period.

So what makes our approach different?

Our Inspirational Leadership Programme:

• Focuses on self development, attitudes and behaviour, not just skills and knowledge.  It is demanding work for everyone involved but the outcomes are motivational and durable.
• Sets itself firmly within the context of each Client's unique business situation
• Seeks to address the real issues and challenges facing each individual delegate.  We don't do role playing.  Our experience confirms that reality is a better learning environment than creating a contrived situation.
• Focuses on practical results rather than theory.  Working on real issues enables individuals to find solutions and commit to actions which they will put into place when they return to work.  In our experience, the pay off to the organisation is immediate.
• Ensures sufficient support is available not only during the programme but afterwards, back in the workplace, to ensure ongoing achievements and changes are sustainable. 

Our Experience

All our tutors are experienced coaches and facilitators with considerable practical, hands-on experience of operating at senior levels within organisations and working with business leaders within a wide variety of market sectors.

We always ensure we have a good ratio of tutors to delegates, so ensuring that our delegates get top quality support throughout the programme.

All our tutors share our values - they practice what they preach.  Throughout the workshop, tutors lead by example, modelling the attitudes and behaviour we would like to see from each delegate.  This not only builds rapport and credibility, it is also acknowledged as one of our key differentiators - we do not stand apart as "distant experts".
