About Us

Jo Barker, Managing Director of Trailblaze Coaching & Development,  is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD) and Member of the Association for Coaching (MAC).   A Client focused, commercially aware people management & development professional, Jo has over 20 years leadership and management experience in aspirational and growing businesses. 

Jo also has several years experience operating at board level, leading organisational and cultural change programmes, focusing on developing leadership capabilities and improving individual and team performance across the business, supported by coaching activities.

Jo now operates as an independent, professional coach and change consultant, providing leadership and performance coaching and bespoke development services to successful business leaders and their teams, across a wide variety of market sectors.  Clients include business owners and directors within the SME market, as well as senior executives and management teams from larger, corporate environments.
